Mrs. Wendy Buchanan

Mrs. Wendy Buchanan graduated from Washington University in St. Louis majoring in elementary education and sociology. After graduation, she moved to Chicago where she taught in Glencoe, IL and Morton Grove, IL. While teaching, she earned her Masters in Special Education (specializing in reading and learning disabilities) from DePaul University in Chicago. She also holds a reading specialist certificate. Upon returning home to NJ, she joined the Franklin Lakes staff in 2003. In her spare time, Mrs. Buchanan enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, in addition to competing in marathons and triathlons.
